STARBAR brings the Scene, the Sounds, and the Service to any party or event.
Our vintage Airstream mobile bars set the scene with their gorgeous mirror-finished aluminum exterior and a stunning rustic chic interior featuring knotty pinewood walls and ceilings with vintage tin accents. A handcrafted wood bar, dual tap kegerator, and versatile party lights instantly attract your guests. Hang outside at our cocktail tables, or look inside for a first-hand view of our selfie-ready interior.

We've got the sounds covered too. STARBAR features large Bluetooth party speakers that crank out the tunes of your choice with outdoor bass boost power and a built-in light show. You can set up your own or choose from any of our party-themed playlists. Ask us about our Live performance music options!

ice-bins and prep tables; all the tools our team of professional bartenders and staff need
to provide the service your special event deserves.
HOW IT WORKS
The host supplies the alcohol. We do the rest.
STARBAR is mobile and flexible. We bring the bar to the party that you want to host. Cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, sodas, it's your choice. We'll work with you to prepare a beverage menu and overall party experience your guests won't forget. We partner with event planners, caterers, banquet halls, restaurants, etc. Need to rent the trailer for corporate events, brand promotions, and photo shoots? We do that too.
We operate in and around Long Island, NY. Our Airstream travel trailer is 20' long, so we'll need flat ground and some space to maneuver to park; but most driveways and streets aren't a problem. Access to water and electricity is preferred. Standard 120-Volt outlets with 15 amp breakers are enough to run equipment, but we have generators if needed.
Our standard equipment includes a dual tap kegerator, a beverage refrigerator, commercial-grade stainless steel ice bins and prep tables, a 3-basin sink, and versatile LED lighting. This also includes a pre-event beverage consultation, enough water, ice, sodas, plastic tumblers, beverage napkins, stirrers, garnishes, sodas, and mixers for your guests. Outside the trailer, we set up cocktail tables, string lighting, a patio rug, and Bluetooth speakers to play your choice of music.

OUR STORY
I was brainstorming ideas on how I could enjoy the best parts of my life. I made a list of my favorite activities; "drinking with friends" was at the top of that list. Others included music,
vacationing, and old cars. Then the image of a vintage Airstream trailer popped into my head.
I hadn't seen one in years, but it was clear as day in my mind: shiny aluminum, bubbly and round, like a cloud on wheels. From there, the concept of building a mobile bar out of that American classic was born.
I shared the idea with my childhood best friend, Mark. I pitched it as a potential business opportunity
and he was all in.
Over the next year, we purchased our first trailer, a 1966 Airstream Globe Trotter, remodeled her to glory, and launched STARBAR Miami. In 2019, I found the perfect Airstream to remodel in NY, a 1967 Globe Trotter. After a laborious 14-month restoration project, we brought STARBAR to Long Island, New York, in 2020. In 2023, we added a 1959 Airstream Comet to service New Jersey!
Through the decades, these trailers have crisscrossed America as travel campers and created lasting memories of adventure for many families.
