Our Story
Long Island's Iconic Airstream Mobile Bar
The STARBAR story began in 2018 when founders Mark and Steve launched their first trailer, STARBAR Miami. Inspired by the success, Steve discovered a 1967 Airstream Globe Trotter and spent 14 months meticulously restoring it — bringing STARBAR to life as New York's most iconic mobile bar.
Today, STARBAR NY serves events across Nassau County, Suffolk County, the Hamptons, and Manhattan. Our vintage Airstream has graced weddings in Huntington, corporate parties in Melville, brand activations, and has even appeared in commercials and Hollywood productions.
