Agreement to Terms

By booking STARBAR NY mobile bar services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

STARBAR NY provides mobile bartending and event bar services for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and other celebrations in Long Island and NYC. Services include bartender(s) and custom cocktail menu curation.

Booking and Payment

  • A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your date
  • Deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another date
  • Final payment is due before your event
  • A guest count estimate is required 2 weeks prior to your event

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days before your event
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future date
  • Cancellations with less than 30 days notice forfeit the entire deposit
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

Liability and Assumption of Risk

You agree that STARBAR NY is not responsible for:

  • Damage to venue, property, or personal items
  • Guest behavior or conduct at your event
  • Allergic reactions or adverse health effects from beverages
  • Events cancelled or postponed by weather, venue closure, or force majeure

Alcohol Service

  • All guests must be of legal drinking age (21+)
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals
  • You are responsible for verifying guest age and managing alcohol consumption
  • STARBAR NY complies with all state and local alcohol service laws

Venue Requirements

  • Adequate space for bar setup (typically 8x8 feet minimum)
  • Access to water, electricity, and trash disposal
  • Parking space for STARBAR NY vehicles
  • Compliance with all local regulations and permits

Limited License Grant

You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute content from our website without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall STARBAR NY be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or this website.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STARBAR NY from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
