• Level or near-level ground at the bar location (we carry leveling equipment)
• Reasonable distance from any underground utilities, irrigation, or sensitive landscaping

Most Hamptons properties — especially larger estates — handle these requirements easily. For smaller or more unusual venues, we do a pre-event site call to confirm.

Seasonal Timing
